Shipping Costs & Times
We do our best to get every order out the door within 2-3 business days from receipt. Once we hand your package over to the carrier, it is up to the respective carrier to deliver it to you within their promised time. In the rare occasion when something does go wrong in transit, we will assist you in every possible way in tracking your package and getting it delivered to you within a reasonable time.

Shipping Policy
For your convenience, AllHeartKids.com ships most items to continental U.S. customers via DHL@Home Ground delivery service. This service utilizes both DHL and the US Postal Service for handling, and, depending on product availability, your package will be delivered via the US Postal Service or DHL. All standard delivery packages can be tracked here or at www.dhl.com. All PO BOX addresses are also sent this type of service for delivery via the US Postal Service. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, and FPOs are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Next day via DHL is available at an additional charge, e-mail customerserviceallheart.com for a quote with "Next Day Delivery Quote Request" in the subject line, but remember it will still take an additional business day to process your order. Exchange & Return Policy
Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed with our Free! Walk and Wear Guarantee! Purchase items from AllHeart.com and wear them for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied return your purchase for a REFUND OR EXCHANGE, no questions asked. Sorry, refunds will not include shipping charges. We suggest you return the package to us using a courier who will provide you proof of delivery. And remember, please do not use the product box as a shipping container.
Please note exceptions to the return policy:
- PERSONALIZED ITEMS (EMBROIDERED/IMPRINTED/ENGRAVED) ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Apparel & Shoes: Apparel items without personalization (embroidered/imprinted/engraved) and shoes can be returned within 30 days of receipt in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT PACKAGING AS A SHIPPING CONTAINER.
